- 20% of the first night's rate charged for cancellations or changes 6 days to 2 days before check-in (by 6 PM).
- Cancellations/modifications after 6:00 PM, 2 days prior to arrival, or no-shows incur a cancellation fee of 80% of the first night's rate.

- Cancellations and modifications are permitted without penalty up to 6:00 PM, 1 day prior to the arrival date.
